GTV3 is a Government access television station that serves the Metropolitan Lexington and Fayette County area of central Kentucky. In the Lexington Metro area, it can be viewed on Time Warner Cable channel 3 Currently, GTV3 is one of two locally based cable-only channels in the Lexington area, the other one being UKTV, the educational access channel of the University of Kentucky.
